Gastronomic Days of Sea and Mountain Rice

Les Finestres de Llúria restaurant renowned for its Catalan gastronomy in the Eixample district celebrates its first Days of the Sea and Mountain Rice.

Gastronomics Days will be held from 16 to 26 March with a menu for € 27.

To begin with, the chef proposes an assortment of sea and mountain croquettes composed of robins and prawns and tender garlic and smoked salmon and to finish sepia, ink and peppers.

To share, to choose between esqueixada of cod with Arbequinas and tomatoes; Escabilada with smoked sardine loin and truffle oil; and Catalan salad of Cal Tomás sausages with anchovies of the Scale and basil vinaigrette.

The main course will be a selection of sea and mountain rice dishes to choose from mushroom rice and Mediterranean prawns; Vegetable rice and shore prawns; Artichoke rice and cuttlefish; Octopus rice and pork ribs and organic chicken rice and monkfish.

The best way to end this spectacular menu is with a glass of lemon sorbet.

In the cellar you can find a selection of wines and drinks to choose from Mineral Water, White Wine Glass Fer Volar Coloms Cup - D.O. Catalunya Red Wine Glass Fra Guerau Negre - D.O. Montsant.

The menu will be available from the 16th to the 26th of March from 13h to 16h and from 19h to 23h in the Restaurant Finestres de Llúria.
