Gastronomic Days of Catalan meats at Les Finestres de Llúria, from October 7 until 20th!

 

The Restaurant Les Finestres de Llúria, starts today October 7 until 20 the Gastronomic Days of Catalan meats, where we assure you a mixture of intense and authentic flavors to enjoy them.

We propose a menu of 33€ per person that has been made for meat lovers. Starting with some very typical first of the Catalan land as a sausage salad, followed by dishes made with Cal Tomás pork, accompanied with ingredients that bind perfectly.

Then comes the Pallars veal with dishes such as beef tenderloin with black salsify and carrot varieties caramelized with orange and thyme, among others. The Xisqueta lamb is the last protagonist of this series and you can try an exquisite medallion of lamb with garlic alioli and scallions sauteed with butter, in addition to two other dishes.

We finish this tasting with a mousse of mató with honey and jelly of ratafía.
